    Clients may not:

    • Reverse engineer or decompile any software related to the Services.

    • Use the Services to develop competing products or services.

    • Transfer or assign their rights under these Terms without prior written consent from 888 Studio.

  4. IP Protection

    • Clients agree to protect 888 Studio's intellectual property and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or infringement.

    • Is required to be disclosed by law or regulation, provided that the receiving party promptly notifies the disclosing party.

  • Any infringement of intellectual property or other rights by the Client.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services immediately upon notice if the Client breaches any material term of these Terms. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

    • Non-payment of fees.

    • Misuse of the Services.

    • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.

    • Any conduct harmful to 888 Studio or other Clients.

  3. Post-Termination Obligations

    After termination, Clients must:

    • Cease all use of the Services.

    • Remove any proprietary material provided by 888 Studio.

    • Return or destroy any confidential information received from 888 Studio.
