Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws and anti-spam regulations, in their use of the Services.
Data Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the provision of the Services.
Prompt Action
Customers are responsible for promptly addressing any issues or requirements to maximize the benefits of the Services.
Data Protection
Customers must adhere to data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when handling personal data.
Payment Information

Use the Services to develop competing products or services.
Transfer or assign their rights under these Terms without prior written consent from 888 Studio.

Clients agree to protect 888 Studio's intellectual property and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or infringement.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, processes, methodologies, and content, are owned by 888 Studio.
License

Exceptions

Is lawfully received from a third party without violation of any obligation.
Is independently developed without use of the disclosing party’s confidential information.
Is required to be disclosed by law or regulation, provided that the receiving party promptly notifies the disclosing party.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services immediately upon notice if the Client breaches any material term of these Terms. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:Non-payment of fees.
Misuse of the Services.
Violations of applicable laws or regulations.
Any conduct harmful to 888 Studio or other Clients.
Post-Termination Obligations
After termination, Clients must:Cease all use of the Services.
