Welcome to 888 Studio PTE LTD (“888 Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI voice solutions (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Welcome to 888 Studio PTE LTD (“888 Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI voice solutions (“Services”).   • Confidential Information: Any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by either party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

  • Intellectual Property: All patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights related to the Services.

  • Services: The AI voice solutions provided by 888 Studio.

  • CRM Systems: Client’s Customer Relationship Management systems with which 888 Studio integrates to manage services.

  • Confidential Information: Any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by either party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

  • Multi-Language Support: Supporting over 30 languages for global reach.

  • CRM Integration: Seamless integration with the Client’s CRM systems at no extra charge.

  • Smart Call Routing: Efficiently routing calls based on predefined criteria.

  • Call Recording & Analytics: Offering real-time call recordings and analytics for performance tracking.

  • Campaign Management Tools: Tools to manage and monitor call campaigns.

  • Real-Time Reporting: Access to live usage dashboards and analytics.

  • 24/7 Availability: Services available around the clock for customer satisfaction.

Our Services include:

  • AI Voice Solutions: Providing AI-powered voice services for handling inbound and outbound calls.

  • Multi-Language Support: Supporting over 30 languages for global reach.

  • CRM Integration: Seamless integration with the Client’s CRM systems at no extra charge.

  • Smart Call Routing: Efficiently routing calls based on predefined criteria.

  • Campaign Management Tools: Tools to manage and monitor call campaigns.

  • Real-Time Reporting: Access to live usage dashboards and analytics.

  • 24/7 Availability: Services available around the clock for customer satisfaction.

  1. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Setup Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time setup fee of €1,500 for the initial configuration and integration of the AI and automation services tailored to their business needs.

  • Subscription Fees: Clients agree to pay the base subscription fee of €500 per month.

  • Usage Charges: Clients are charged €0.13 per minute for actual talk time.

  • Billing Cycle: Fees are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Payment Method: Clients must provide a valid payment method and authorise 888 Studio to charge the setup fee, subscription fees, and any additional usage charges.

  • No Hidden Fees: There are no hidden costs beyond what is specified.

  • Setup Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time setup fee of €1,500 for the initial configuration and integration of the AI and automation services tailored to their business needs.

  • Subscription Fees: Clients agree to pay the base subscription fee of €500 per month.

  • Usage Charges: Clients are charged €0.13 per minute for actual talk time.

  • Billing Cycle: Fees are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Payment Method: Clients must provide a valid payment method and authorise 888 Studio to charge the setup fee, subscription fees, and any additional usage charges.

  • No Hidden Fees: There are no hidden costs beyond what is specified.

    Clients must maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information on file to prevent service interruptions.

  2. Compliance

    Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws and anti-spam regulations, in their use of the Services.

  3. Data Accuracy

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of Services.

  4. Prompt Action

    Clients are responsible for promptly addressing any issues or requirements to maximise the benefits of the Services.

  5. Data Protection

    Clients must adhere to data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling personal data.

  • Any violation of these Terms by the Client.

  • Any infringement of any intellectual property or other rights by the Client.

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 888 Studio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • The Client’s use of the Services.

  • Any violation of these Terms by the Client.

  • Any infringement of any intellectual property or other rights by the Client.

    • Clients may terminate the Services at any time by providing written notice to our support team. Upon termination, Clients must cease all use of the Services and may lose access to certain features.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Services immediately upon notice if the Client breaches any material term of these Terms. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

    • Non-payment of fees.

    • Misuse of the Services.

    • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.

    • Any conduct that is detrimental to 888 Studio or other Clients.

  3. Post-Termination Obligations

    Upon termination, Clients must:

    • Cease all use of the Services.

    • Remove any proprietary materials provided by 888 Studio.
